Checking your balance
You may access your adidasCARD balance on-line at www.adidas.com/giftcard by entering zeros in front of the number from the back of your card to make it 19 digits.
Using your old adidasCARD
If you purchased an adidasCard at an adidas store location prior to November 4, 2008, you may only redeem your adidasCARD at participating adidas store locations within the continental United States.
Use your adidasCARD like cash, credit or any other form of payment. If you don't use all the value on your Gift Card, you can save it for your next purchase, your balance does not expire and there are no maintenance fees. If the balance on your adidasCARD falls below $5.00 it may be redeemed for cash at participating adidas store locations.
Lost your adidasCARD?
adidas Store policy states that you should treat your card as you would cash. If lost, we will be unable to replace or issue a new card unless you have your original receipt showing the card number.
