Buying Gift Cards Online
We offer physical Gift Cards delivered via USPS First Class Mail. To make your purchase, simply:
- Go to our Gift Cards page.
- Select the design and quantity you would like, then "Continue".
- Select a predefined amount or enter a specific dollar amount of each card. Single Gift Cards can be issued for any amount beginning at $15 up to $1,000.
- You may include a personalized message with your Gift Card.
- Please contact our Consumer Relations department at 1-800-448-1796 for any bulk order requests.
- Virtual Gift Cards will be available in the near future.
After you purchase a Gift Card:
- We'll send the recipient their Gift Card via USPS for free, expedited shipping is available at a cost, with all of the information they need to redeem the Gift Card at www.shopadidas.com or at a physical adidas store.
- The plastic Gift Card is sent in an envelope and carrier that includes the name of the ship to recipient, the amount of the card, and an optional message. Gift boxing is not currently available for Gift Cards.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Redeeming a Gift Card
Shop on www.shopadidas.com and select the products you wish to purchase.
- When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
- Proceed through the checkout.
- Enter your 19-digit numeric Gift Card Code and 4-digit PIN number on the Payment page.
- Your PIN number is located under a silver covering on the back of the card, which must be rubbed off to reveal the number.
- Click "Apply."
- If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one. There is no limit on how many Gift Cards you may use toward a single order.
To redeem at an adidas store, bring the physical Gift Card to any adidas Sport Performance, adidas Heritage, or adidas Outlet store. Present your Gift Card to the adidas cashier at checkout.
Terms and Conditions for adidas Gift Cards:
- adidas Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise through www.shopadidas.com and in adidas Sport Performance, adidas Originals, and adidas Outlet stores in the United States. They are not currently available for International use.
- At this time, we are unable to redeem Gift Cards on miadidas.com, y-3store.com, y-3 stores, or shop.adidasgolf.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
- A maximum of five (5) Gift Cards may be redeemed on one order.
- If the amount of your Gift Card(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase balance with an accepted alternate form of payment.
- Any remaining value that is left on your Gift Card will be stored and available for your next purchase.
- Your Gift Card will not expire as long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card. You can use it anytime. Unlike some other companies, adidas does not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
- You should treat your card as you would cash. Do not share your Gift Card Code and PIN. adidas will only replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen Gift Card if you have the original receipt or web order number for your Gift Card purchase. The replacement card will be sent to the original purchaser address only. Please call 1-800-982-9337 to report your missing card.
- By purchasing adidas Gift Cards, you are certifying and representing to adidas that the activities in connection with which the adidas Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the adidas Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify adidas Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the adidas Gift Cards or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
