We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.
Credit to a Gift Card
When you return an order that was purchased with a Gift Card (the entire order or just part of it), there are two ways that we process the return:
- If you used a Gift Card to pay for part of the order, the credit will be issued to a new Gift Card that will be mailed to your shipping address, even if there is still a remaining balance on the original Gift Card after the order was placed.
- When we process a return for an order that was purchased with a credit card and a Gift Card, we will first credit to a the new Gift Card the amount originally deducted from a Gift Card, then we will credit the remaining amount of the return to your credit card.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.
When we process a return for an order that was purchased with a credit card and a Gift Card, we deduct the shipping charges from the Gift Card (so you don't have to pay them on your credit card).
Orders Using Promotion or Discount Codes
When we process a return for an order that was placed with a promotion or discount code, we will credit the amount of the discounted value you paid for the merchandise. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Adjustments to credit cards should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.
Orders Sent as Gifts
If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and s/he returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (i.e. your credit card).
