Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective product. We'll replace your adidas product with the same style and size or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for exchanged within 30 days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original merchandise is returned to you. We do not replace merchandise:
- Obtained from a source other than an authorized adidas dealer
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
