Please refer to the back of your packing slip for detailed instructions on making your return. If the packing slip is unavailable, please include a note or letter containing the following information:
- Your name, address, and email address
- Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
- A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s) (for example: wrong size, wrong product, didn't like color, damaged in transit, etc.)
Returns Address
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.
Please note: www.shopadidas.com is not able to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.shopadidas.com.
To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased. If the retail location will not accept your return, please call adidas Consumer Relations at 1-800-448-1796.
