Provided we have no problems processing payment, all product orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST should ship the same day.
Gift Card orders that process by 7 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
- Product orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST are shipped the next business day.
- Gift Card orders placed after 8:00 p.m. EST are shipped in two business days.
- The Shipping Rate is applied to your order based on the number of addresses to which you are shipping products. If your entire order is shipped to one address, you'll be charged for shipping once. If your order is shipped to more than one address, you'll be charged a shipping charge for each address.
- Gift Cards ship separately and there is a separate shipping charge for any expedited shipping.
- You won't be charged for any product until it's shipped.
