Our Selection
www.shopadidas.com offers the latest and greatest gear that adidas has to offer, however, we do not carry every product that the company makes.
If you can't find a product, or we are out of a size on www.shopadidas.com, you have a few options.
- Send us an e-mail and
we will let you know if and when we'll be getting that product back in stock. If we are not getting more, we'll do
our absolute best to find a similar product for you.
- Call one of our adidas Product Specialists at 1-800-448-1796. They will try and find it or suggest a store that
may have it. We are based in Portland, Oregon, and are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Look for products at your local adidas store or
partner retailer
in your area.
In-Stock products
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. You won't be charged for any product until it's shipped to you.
Please note that all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST should ship the same business day and all orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST should ship the next business day. Gift Card orders placed before 8:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.
Backorders
www.shopadidas.com does not take backorders. The only exception to this is when we have pre-buys for premiere products.
"Pre-Buy" Orders
"Pre-Buy" means you're able to purchase and reserve an item before its schedule release date. By making a "Pre-Buy" purchase, you'll be one of the first people to receive the item. It will be sent to you as soon as it's released to the general public.
"Coming Soon" Products
We display "Coming Soon" for products that are going to arrive in our warehouse in the near future. Products that are "Coming Soon" will be indicated on their Product pages.
